With the Life Happens Guarantee, you can return any product bought from Ruggable.co.uk for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus a returns processing fee, determined by item/size and number of shipping labels provided*).
Tried your rug in your home? Given it a wash to test the promise? Found a few pet hairs still clinging on? No problem. As long as the item shows only normal wear and tear, we’ll still honour your return.
However, if the returned item(s) are in a condition that exceeds normal wear and tear (to be determined in Ruggable’s sole discretion), such items(s) will not be refunded.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving your return. You’ll be responsible for the cost and risk of sending items back, except in cases where your order is faulty.
A few things to note:
- Returned items must be shipped in the original packaging (or something equally sturdy to keep them safe in transit).
- If you ordered a Two-Piece Rug System, you’ll need to return both the rug cover and the rug pad together.
- If you bought your rug from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly to arrange your return.
