Kindly allow us 24-48 hours, during our business hours, to respond to your request and provide you with the return label and comprehensive return instructions. If you haven't received the email within 48 hours, please remember to check your spam or junk folders.
All returns will be processed through one of our preferred carriers. Our Customer Care Team will make all arrangements for this service. This service will include collection of the parcel from your UK address and the cost of the service (£15 per item) which can be netted from your refund. Please note that if you purchased a Rug System (cover and pad), that is considered one item. If you purchased just a pad or cover separately, each is considered one item. This return fee goes to the carrier to cover the shipping costs back to our facility.
Refunds are processed on the original form of payment on the order once an item has been received at our returns facility.
