Yes, we do offer samples of our rugs and rug pads! All Rug Cover samples come in 25.4cm x 25.4cm and include one complimentary 25.4cm x 25.4cm Standard Rug Pad. A set of 3 samples costs £30 and £10 per design after that.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer Doormat, Bathmat, All-in-One Plush, and Performance Weave samples. We have limited All-in-One Tufted samples.
How do I order samples?
To request a sample kit, please email support@ruggable.co.uk with the following information:
- Subject line: e.g., Sample Request
- Your First Name, Last Name, Shipping Address, and Billing Address (if different from shipping address)
- Sample design choices. (minimum of 3)
- Please specify if you would like to add a complimentary 25.4cm x 25.4cm Cushioned Rug Pad sample.
Once we receive your request, please allow 2-3 days for a member of our team to send you an invoice to complete your order. For additional assistance, please reach out to the Customer Care Team at support@ruggable.co.uk.
Please note that sample swatches are not eligible for return or refund.
How many designs can I include in my Sample Kit?
Each Sample Kit will come with a maximum of 6 designs. Additional designs will be considered a separate order and will require a separate invoice and will be shipped separately.
When will I receive my Sample Kit?
Once the invoice is paid and your order is received, please allow 5-7 days for the samples to ship.
What will my sample look like?
Sample swatches are sections from our 150x215 size. The up-close photo of the design on the product page is what you will receive.
Please note we do not have any showrooms at this time.
