Our exchanges are simple, because swapping your rug shouldn’t feel like a chore to procrastinate over. If you’ve lived with your Ruggable rug, washed it, and decided it’s not quite “the one,” you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery under our Life Happens Guarantee.
To start, just fill out this form—one per item you’d like to exchange. As long as your item shows only normal wear and tear, you’re good to go. If it comes back showing more than everyday use, we may not be able to accept the exchange.
