You deserve the confidence of knowing your purchase is worry-free. That’s why we created The Life Happens Guarantee—protecting you from life’s “uh-oh” moments. You may exchange your Ruggable products for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date at no extra cost.
Here’s how it works:
- Tried your rug at home or even washed it? As long as it shows only normal wear and tear, you can still exchange it. Anything beyond everyday use won’t be eligible.
- You can exchange an order once, but not an already exchanged item.
- Discounts and promo codes can’t be applied to exchanges.
- If your new rug costs less, we’ll refund the difference. If it costs more, we’ll charge you the extra.
- Exchange credits can’t be saved up for later—they’re a one-time swap.
- You can only exchange like-for-like (e.g. a Rug Cover for a Rug Cover, a Tufted All-in-One Rug for another Tufted All-in-One Rug).
- If you’re exchanging a Two-Piece Rug System, you’ll need to return both the cover and the pad together.
