Returns are simple and stress-free—so you can spend less time worrying and more time living. If you’re not in love after living with your Ruggable product, washing it, and putting it to the test, we’ll take it back within 30 days of delivery. That’s our Life Happens Guarantee.
However, if the returned item(s) are in a condition that exceeds normal wear and tear (to be determined in Ruggable’s sole discretion), such items(s) will not be refunded.
If you received your order within the last 30 days to an address in the United Kingdom, please visit the returns portal here, once per item you want to return.

Please note that if you purchased a Two-Piece Rug System (a cover and a pad), that is considered one item – you must return the entire Rug System (both the Rug Pad and the Rug Cover). If you purchased just a pad or cover separately, each is considered one item.
Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport. If you have received multiple items in one package, please reach out to our Customer Care team at support@ruggable.co.uk or reach out via one of the methods here for assistance.
Refunds are processed on the original form of payment on the order once an item has been received at our returns facility.
